NIFT-NID INTERVIEW & GD PREPARATION

GD would comprise approximately 15 to 20 minutes of discussion on a case study assigned. In this a panel of experts will assess the candidates on various parameters including Leadership qualities, Conceptual clarity, Knowledge of the topic assigned, Ability to generate new ideas, Interpersonal skills, Contribution made to the topic, Problem solving approach, Effective communication. Candidates shall be evaluated on the various parameters by a panel, in the Personal Interview such as Aptness for the course, Communication, Career orientation, General awareness and aptitude, Overall personal achievements in academics and co-curricular activities, creative & lateral thinking.
